All of the Wellness Collection Form Leads are considered Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
Automated notification of new lead happens via email and sms when the form is filled out and staff is assigned.
These leads are then sent to the Commercial Bed Sales Opportunity- Stage: New Inquiry
The addition the new lead will then trigger an automated follow up task.
After 2 days then again after 5 days: If the lead in not moved to contacted or to another opportunity stage an automated email reminders and a new Task to follow up is created.
These leads are only send 1 email and 1 sms saying that a team member will follow up with them that includes the assigned team member's email signature.
Make sure yours has your email address and phone number so they will know it's you.
Leads that have disengaged but are still viable are considered Abandoned. You can either drag the contact into the blue Abandoned state at the bottom of the Opportunities. Or you can use the contact to mark the status abandoned. An automation will then tag that lead abandoned and remove them from all pipelines.

Leads that have requested to be removed from our contact list or are not viable be sales leads can be dragged to the red lost in the Commercial Bed Sales Opportunity.
